Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a successful, Rotherham based business, who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team.
As a Customer Services Administrator, you will carry out the following duties:
4. Provide support to customers, installers and end-users via email and telephone
5. Give accurate advice on all the company’s product ranges, including resolving product enquiries
6. Processing sales orders
7. Help maintain and update the company database
The successful candidate for this Customer Services Administrator role will be:
8. Ideally from a manufacturing or engineering background, though full training on company products will be provided
9. Confident taking high volumes of calls
10. Able to maintain excellent levels customer service
11. Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office programs
