Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management (Primary Focus):
1. Processing Payroll: Accurately process payroll for 100-180 clients on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
2. Compliance: Ensure all payroll activities comply with relevant legislation, including PAYE, National Insurance, and pension auto-enrolment.
3. RTI Submissions: Manage Real Time Information (RTI) submissions to HMRC, ensuring all deadlines are met.
