A professional and nationally recognised provider of Legionella Management services are currently recruiting in the Yorkshire region for a Legionella Risk Assessor. This role would suit someone who is looking to join a longstanding and reputable company, who work across the Public and Private sector. You will be able to confidently carry out legionella risk assessments independently in line with strict deadlines and HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. Experience & Qualifications:
Must hold an industry recognised qualification e.g. City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessing.
Will have hands on experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor for a reputable Legionella / Water Hygiene Management provider.
Up to date and relevant knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
Excellent IT skills, able to create and correctly amend schematic drawings, and produce legionella reports and legionella management plans.
Able to communicate efficiently.
Excellent time management skills, working to strict deadlines.
The Role:
Attending a mixed portfolio of longstanding client sites, carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on both hot and cold-water systems.
Producing detailed schematic site drawings.
Making amendments to schematic drawings when required.
Using information from site to produce detailed legionella reports, ensuring accuracy & submitting to clients in a timely manner upon completion of work.
Creating site specific legionella management plans, ensuring to liaise with clients to make them aware of what needs to be implemented.
Carrying out all work in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
Communicating professionally with clients, providing excellent support and advice when required.
