We have more than 3400 properties in North and East Ayrshire and Dumfries & Galloway and we continue to deliver new homes as part of our ongoing development programme and commitment to “Making our Communities Better Places”. We aim to achieve excellence in service delivery to our customers and we are now seeking to recruit highly motivated individuals.
The Vacancy
Reporting to the Executive Director of Housing & Property Services, the successful candidate will run the day to day delivery of the Association's Tenant Participation Service, being the first point of contact for all community engagement. The successful candidate will be expected to encourage the tenants, residents and local communities to become more aware and involved in the work of the Association, contributing to our commitment to being “more than just a landlord” and “Making our Communities Better Places.”

Your strong teamwork skills will complement your ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with external agencies/stakeholders to achieve sustainable solutions for tenants. You must also have knowledge of housing legislation relevant to tenant participation and be ICT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
The successful candidate must possess or be working towards an HND (or equivalent) in a housing related discipline or be able to evidence the relevant experience. Being a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing would be advantageous. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is also an essential part of the role.
The Association currently operates a Hybrid Working model – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. This would be available on successful completion of the relevant training plan.
