Premier Work Support are currently recruiting a Sales Admin and Support Assistant to work in a permanent role for our client, a specialist manufacturing company, in the Crayford area. Key Duties & Responsibilities Being the first responder on a busy telephone Confident on the phone and able to obtain accurate information from the caller Accurate filing and archiving of electronic records Raising quotes and processing sales orders accurately Supporting sales team membersCandidate Requirements Experienced and confident handling telephone calls Excellent telephone manner Good communication / listening skills Strong attention to detail Staying calm and focussed under pressure Confident with MS Word / Excel and ability to learn bespoke systemsWhat we offer 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Private healthcare including Dental and Optical Pension scheme Casual working environment As much tea & coffee as you can consumeWorking hours Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm with 1 hour lunch break
