Your Role
You are a Designer with a compelling portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual and design skills.
You’ll be comfortable taking the creative lead on a wide variety of projects, from conception to completion whilst collaborating with the wider team to create and deliver work across multiple platforms that are not only creatively and conceptually strong but that align with strategy, are on-brand and effective across all channels.
Key Accountabilities
As a Graphic Designer, you will:
1. Create innovative and compelling designs
2. Effectively determine the requirements from briefs
3. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
4. Prepare drafts and present ideas
5. Work with copywriters and stakeholders to produce final designs
6. Produce designs across various media
7. Amend designs according to feedback
8. Ensure graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
9. Contribute to brainstorming and idea generation sessions
Qualifications
10. Bachelor degree preferred
11. Creative / agency background
12. Conceptual creativity and visualizing skills
13. Design for print, digital and branding
14. Effective communicator, managing priorities across stakeholders
15. Managing the design process from start to finish
16. Demonstrated ability to manage projects – work prioritization, planning and task delegation
17. Results oriented, effectively prioritizing and multitasking, able to work with tight deadlines
18. Ability to estimate own workload and support the client services team in developing proposals for new projects
19. Fluency in English written and spoken, other languages are a plus
Skills & Experience
Essential skills – you will have:
20. A well-crafted portfolio featuring a range projects and disciplines
21. Expert using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
22. Fully proficient in Microsoft Office suite
23. Conceptually focused with an ability to consider every option when presenting ideas and information
24. Ability to adapt to various visual identity systems
25. A desire to help others understand important, complex topics
26. A growth mentality – hungry to collaborate, adapt and show initiative
27. Motivated by working for a business with a strong social conscience
28. Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
29. Self-motivated – comfortable working in a small team, across multiple locations
30. A meticulous eye for detail – working to the highest standards
31. Awareness of the changing trends and innovations within the design and digital community
32. A minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in a creative / agency organization

34. Strong organizational and prioritization skills – able to be flexible when the needs of the business change
35. Time management – able to meet deadlines
36. Experience working on international projects, where a proficient level of English (written and oral) is required to communicate with colleagues and clients
37. Degree-level education
Desirable skills – you will have:
38. Experience creating compelling designs in PowerPoint
39. An understanding of motion design – using After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent
40. Other languages (French, German…) are a plus but not essential
