Technical Support Lead, based near to Sandy, you will be working for a national construction company who are looking to recruit a technically minded and customer focused Technical Support Lead.
If you have previous experience working with cranes this may be the role for you!

Salary up to £52k basic
Monday-Friday working hours (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities of the Technical Support Lead:
Solve technical problems on crane machines using own technical knowledge
Provide colleagues and customers with technical guidance in diagnositcs and repairs
Investigating technical problems, providing a solution
Obtain solutions from the factories on technical issues
Communicating with customers on how to resolve their issue
To be successful as a Technical Support Lead:
Previous experience working on crane or heavy plant machinery
Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
Excellent communicator
Flexible approach to work
You may have worked as a Crane Engineer, Crane Technician, Crane Mechanic, Plant Engineer, Plant Technician, Technical Crane Advisor, Technical Support Lead, Technical Manager, Technical Supervisor or similar to be successful.
