Job specification Position: Customer Service Administrator Location: Flintshire Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday Salary: £NEG DOE This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing company, the ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills and meticulous attention to detail. Duties Gather information for the product specification and create on the system Price the order using the customer pricing structure Attend new job meetings with the production managers Enter customer deliveries and optimise transport Calculate the quantity of product required and generate purchase orders Manage aged stock and aged finished goods stocks Maintain product control documents Accurately maintain product specification documents Provide customer requested information i.e. stock reports etc. Attend customer visits (on/off site) Effectively manage customer service issues Resolve invoice queries Minimum skill/Qualification requirements: Educational qualifications that demonstrate proficiency at 'A' Level standard Excellent IT and analytical skills Excel - Intermediate level Please call Nicola at HR GO recruitment on 0151 3471110 or email nicola.evanshrgo.co.uk
