We are a leading insurance brokerage firm based in Cheshire on the edge of the Wirral seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Account Handler to join our team. As an Account Handler, you will be primarily responsible for handling new business quotations, building relationships, and providing exceptional service to ensure their continued satisfaction.
The role will cover Motor Fleet Insurance.
Your role will involve liaising with clients to understand their insurance requirements, negotiating with underwriters to obtain the best cover, and handling all aspects of the new business process. You will also be responsible for providing advice and guidance to clients on risk management and insurance-related matters, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. You should be a team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

HOURS: 37 hours week:
Standard day: 9:00am to 5:30pm (5pm finish on Friday)
LOCATION: Hybrid Remote: up to 3 days per week office based, remainder home based.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years insurance broking experience and ideally previously dealt with the above products.
Bonus: Part of a generous uncapped bonus scheme.
