Responsibilities:
1. Client Management: Overseeing a portfolio of clients worth approximately £500k, including limited companies, partnerships, and individuals.
2. Accounts & Tax Preparation:
1. Year-end accounts preparation
2. Management accounts and VAT returns
3. Corporate and income tax returns and computations
3. Compliance & Advisory: Monitoring statutory compliance in accounts and taxation matters, advising clients, and holding client meetings.
4. Team Supervision: Supervising junior staff, planning and monitoring work, providing training, and assessing performance.
5. Business Development: Promoting the firm's services and managing new client onboarding.
6. Liaison: Regularly liaising with the partners of the firm.
Requirements:
1. Qualified ACA/ACCA with at least 2 years post-qualified experience.
2. Minimum 5 years of UK practice background.
3. Strong technical skills and the ability to supervise and delegate tasks effectively.
