Salary: £63,900 + depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Responsible for the integration, management, and reporting of the portfolio of EF tasks within BAE Systems Workshare Responsibilities
* Development and maintenance of effective working relationships with Eurofighter GmbH and across European Partner Companies (EPCs)
* Represent BAE Systems in EF led Project Integration reviews
* Provide integration and alignment between BAE Systems EPC and Export scope within the Eurofighter consortium
* Support the provision of programme integration data into the Typhoon Air System Integration Team (ASIT) to enable data driven business decisions
* Provide support to the delivery of the long-term Typhoon Capability Strategy as part of the E&I Capabilities Integration team
* Ensure establishment, continuous improvement and tailoring for schedule management across Eurofighter programmes
* Provide focus on ‘Total Safety’ covering aspects of both SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) and Product Safety
Your skills and experiences:
* Experience in complex programme integration
* Programme schedule risk analysis experience
* Proven skills in managing complexity across a customer / partner environment
* Typhoon or Defence programme experience
* Experience of working with Eurofighter and European Partner Companies (EPCs)

The E&I Capabilities team:
The Eurofighter Programme Integration Lead will directly work within the E&I Capabilities team who are responsible for the design, development and delivery of current and future Typhoon capability in support of the Eurofighter programme for the Core and Export Typhoon Customers. In addition, the role will have direct links with the Typhoon Production and Support team to support the end to end integration.
