Job Title: On Board Customer Service Assistant
Salary: £32, pro rata
Employment Type: Part Time
Contract: Weekend only - 20 hours (working every Saturday and Sunday)
Training: The training is 2 weeks at Crewe (hotel and accommodation provided) Mon-Fri.
Purpose of the Job: To deliver excellence in customer service and hospitality to our onboard passengers ensuring that they have the very best journey experience with Avanti West Coast.
What Skills do I need?
1. The ability to provide a consistently high level of performance and Customer Service.
2. Good level of product and service knowledge.
3. Attention to detail and ability to solve problems.
4. Positive and proactive attitude.
5. Great communication skills.
