You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure that the CRM platform effectively supports business objectives and enhances customer experience.This role requires a strong understanding of CRM technologies, excellent projectmanagement skills, and the ability to drive adoption across the organization. As the keyliaison between stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure that CRM projects aredelivered on time, within scope, and with maximum business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Implementation & Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end management ofCRM projects, from planning and development to deployment and continuousimprovement.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, customer support,and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into CRMfunctionalities.User Training & Adoption: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure smoothCRM adoption and usage across all departments.Data Management & Integration: Ensure CRM data integrity and seamlessintegration with other business systems, such as marketing automation tools andcustomer support platforms.Customization & Enhancements: Identify opportunities for CRM customization toimprove efficiency and customer engagement.
