As a Project Manager/Customer Satisfaction Manager, you will deal with stakeholders, manage cyber security projects and play a crucial role in ensuring everything is progressing as planned!
Responsibilities:
1. You are the POC for customers, escalation, (general & cyber security topics)
2. You manage service contracts incl. attending meetings, report writing etc.
3. You communicate with and manage stakeholders
4. You take care of risk management (relating to project risks), compliance & documentation
5. KPI monitoring
Required Skills:
1. You have C1+ German or French language skills, in addition to English
2. You have 3+ years of experience in project management
3. You have 2+ years of customer satisfaction/success e.g. information delivery, order processing, collection of feedback
4. You have experience managing service contracts
5. You have broad knowledge of cyber security – e.g. information security, defensive security, network security etc.
