Our client is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team on the outskirts of Swindon.
Job Role
1. Booking appointments for customers.
2. Ensuring company policies & procedures are always adhered to.
3. Professionally deal with inbound calls from prospective customers.
4. Meeting and exceeding individual KPI's.
5. Listening to customer requirements and updating records accurately.
6. Keeping up to date with market trends and industry standards, identifying new booking opportunities and leads.
Specifications
1. Clear and concise with strong communication due to the nature of the role.
2. Previous experience within a commercial environment.
3. Excellent telephone manner.
