Role Overview: As a Life Skills Teacher, you will play a key role in equipping students with practical skills that enhance their personal development, foster independence, and build self-confidence. You will deliver engaging lessons that cover a range of topics such as financial literacy, emotional intelligence, communication, problem-solving, time management, and more. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver interactive lessons in life skills, ensuring content is age-appropriate and engaging. Develop and implement strategies to support students' personal growth and well-being. Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment where students feel comfortable participating and expressing themselves. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to identify student needs and create individualized learning plans when necessary. Stay updated on best practices in teaching life skills and integrate innovative approaches into your lessons. Qualifications & Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status or Further Education Status Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Prior experience teaching life skills or a related subject is preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
