Responsibilities
* Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.

* Process employee onboarding and offboarding documentation.
* Administer employee benefits programs and respond to related inquiries.
* Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Prepare regular reports on HR metrics as needed.

Requirements
