About the role
As a Teaching Assistant working with SEN pupils, you will be responsible for supporting children and young people with additional needs such as Autism and ADHD. This is a role that goes beyond helping out in a classroom, you will need to be prepared for every day to be a different and unique challenge. This could include aspects such as active outside learning, 1:1 work, emotional support and even the opportunity to take pupils outside of school on trips. This is a role that can be open to full time or part time work.

This school is a dedicated SEN school who work with children who have struggled in mainstream and are needing a second chance. They offer a specialised curriculum to each individual pupil to best suit their needs and ensure they are getting the most out of each day. This school offers regular training sessions to staff to help develop a positive team ethos and always increasing knowledge and awareness around a variety of subjects.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant-SEND you will:

Salary
£415 to £465 per week
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
