We are looking to recruit an experienced Damp & Mould Administrator who has worked in the property maintenance sector. An understanding of the causes of damp and mould would be an advantage.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Contacting tenants by phone and email to book appointments for inspections and repairs
2. Logging multiple engineer work requests onto the in-house job management system and tracking each request through to completion
3. Raising purchase orders for materials relating to each job
4. Allocating jobs to subcontractors
5. Continually liaising with trade operatives (subcontractors), tenants and clients (local authority or housing association) by phone and email regarding updates on repairs
6. For each job completion, checking job notes and photographs to ensure works can be invoiced
Skills / Experience for this role:
1. Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
2. Ability to multi-task to manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
3. Excellent planning and administration skills
4. An understanding of the causes of damp and mould would be an advantage

This is a permanent full-time position based in our office (not remote working). Hours of work are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. There is a requirement by rota to stay until 6pm once a month and to work 1 Saturday or 1 Sunday in 4 which is paid extra to salary.
