We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Senior Broker to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales over the phone. Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
2. Identify customer needs and offer suitable products/services.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
4. Effectively communicate product benefits and overcome objections.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
6. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.

8. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve sales strategies.
9. Stay up to date with industry trends and company offerings.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in telesales, sales, or selling financial products.
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
4. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
7. Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
