SEN Teacher
Location: B12, Highgate
Salary: £140 - £180 per day
Hours: Full Time
Start Date: ASAP
We are working closely with a Special Needs School in the Highgate area who are seeking an experienced, committed and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will work with students who have a range of additional needs, creating personalised working plans and fostering an inclusive classroom environment.

Your role:
* Plan and deliver personalised lessons to meet the individual needs of SEN students.
* Adapt teaching strategies to support students with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, specialists, and other staff to provide holistic support.
* Assess, record, and report on students’ progression and achievements.
* Develop and implement Individual Education Plans,
* Build positive relationships with students, parents and carers to support learning and well-being.
* Promote inclusion and encourage the development of social and emotional skills.
* Stay up to date with best practices in SEN Teaching.
Requirements:
* You MUST have a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
* You MUST have experience teaching in an SEN environment.
* Right To Work in the UK.
* An up to date DBS.
* 2 sufficient references.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy and passion for helping students overcome barriers to learning.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
