Key Stakeholder Reporting: Generate and present accurate and timely progress reports and complex scenario analyses to senior management, programme board and key government and investor stakeholders. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise the planning team and set the planning standards and collaboration criteria with delivery partners and the supply chain, fostering a high-performance culture. Process and Tools Implementation: Lead on the implementation, use and continuous improvements and innovation in process and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, etc.) and best practices under NEC form of contract for planning and scheduling, quantitative schedule risk analysis and critical chain management. Inspirational Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and lead teams to achieve project goals. Strategic Vision: Strong capability to develop and implement effective strategic planning initiatives. Meticulous Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail to ensure precision in scheduling and reporting. Adaptability: High flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and environments. Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 and extensive knowledge of NEC 3/4 contracts Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client sites across the country as needed We seek candidates with significant experience in equivalent roles in complex civil infrastructure delivery.
