Registered Home Manager

£75,000 + bonus
On behalf of my client, who is a UK-wide organisation offering residential and nursing support, we are looking for an experienced Home Manager to join their team in Inverness.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall operations of the home, measured through key performance indicators.
2. Financial and budget management.
3. Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and the care home team.
4. Staff recruitment.
5. Adhering to standards set by NMC, SSSC, and Care Inspectorate.
6. Create and maintain a wholesome environment where residents are cared for to their specific requirements, supported whilst promoting independence, and are the priority at the heart of care.
Requirements
1. Proven management experience at a similar level.
2. Must be a registered nurse with an active NMC Pin.
3. Strong leadership and management skills.
4. Ability to prioritise tasks.
5. Thorough knowledge to implement NMC, SSSC, and Care Inspectorate standards and best practices.
6. Decision-making skills.
7. A can-do attitude.
