More about the role Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for the following activities. Delivering first-line application support for business applications, diagnosing and resolving issues effectively. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to triage, troubleshoot and resolve application technical issues. Performing regular monitoring and maintenance tasks to ensure the stability and performance of applications. Assisting with the deployment of new software releases and updates to include testing and validation. Maintaining and improving application support documentation, including relevant knowledge base articles and user guides. Collaborating with application cross-functional teams, super users and work stream leaders to support and improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Provide reporting & MI to IT Leadership Team related to enterprise applications. Your experience We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in an application support role, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with ITIL framework and processes is required. Candidates must have demonstrable working experience with Dynamics 365, to support the business with its ongoing transformational journey. Our offering to you We offer a competitive starting salary ranging from £28,000 to £35,000 per annum, based on experience.
