Kenneth Brian Associates are working with an excellent client based in Mitcham who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, managing customer orders, and maintaining strong relationships Key Responsibilities: Accurately process and manage customer orders from receipt through to dispatch Calling existing clients who haven’t ordered recently, to check in, maintain relationships, and understand any current requirements or changes in their needs Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, documentation, and reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within internal systems To be successful you will have: Previous experience in a customer service, sales administration, or similar office-based role Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or order systems is advantageous Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
