Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP)/Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
Derby Road Practice are looking to recruit a permanent advanced clinical practitioner (ACP) or advanced nurse practitioner (ANP) to join our team across both our sites on a full-time basis, however part time hours will be considered. We have a large multi-skilled multi-disciplinary team of ANPs, a paramedic, pharmacists and pharmacy tech to support the wider clinical team. Our effective care navigators and administration team support all the staff in patient care.
Over the last few years, we have developed our unique GP-PA hub, a team of highly skilled care navigators and duty doctors working together to triage all incoming requests. We use the Ask My GP online consultation service allowing us to manage our own workload with control over face-to-face appointment lengths and timings.
Main duties of the job
The role will be to provide a high-quality, cost-effective service to the patients; diagnosing and prescribing treatments and medication while working within defined procedures and protocols as laid down by the GPs.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Registered with a professional body.
* Able and willing to undertake visits to patients' homes and care homes.
* Resuscitation - minimum of BLS.
* Independent prescriber.
* Advanced clinical practitioner or advanced level functional assessment qualification.
Experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Driving license and access to a vehicle.
* Working knowledge of SystmOne.

Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 a year depending on experience.
