What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a highly motivated individual who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team. While previous experience in the ECO/Social Housing sector in an administrative capacity is advantageous, it is not essential, as we provide comprehensive training. Key Responsibilities Include: Processing incoming paperwork accurately and efficiently, transferring information from paper to digital formats. Liaising with site-based operatives to ensure proper data collection and providing necessary support. Monitoring and updating various spreadsheets and databases. Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately. Making outbound calls to schedule appointments with customers. Ensuring all tasks meet high standards and daily targets are achieved. Efficiently scheduling works and managing operatives' diaries. Ordering materials as needed. Communicating effectively with internal teams, customers, suppliers, etc., via phone and email. The Successful Candidate Will: Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Demonstrate excellent communication skills. Have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with proficiency in computer operation. Be comfortable with making and receiving phone calls.
