The client team provides strategic planning support and coordination across all media to guide clients along their growth journey. We are the ‘front of house’ team that represent the TSW business for all clients. We are the fulcrum that enables our clients to navigate through our agency services and the wider media landscape.
Location: London/hybrid
Salary: Up to £50,000, depending on experience
Start date: 8th January 2024
The role
This role will involve both media planning and account management with a focus on print media as the core media channel. 80% of your time will be spent planning print media campaigns to include door drops and newspaper inserts with the remaining 20% covering OOH and radio.
While situated in our London office, this role focuses on managing clients and media contacts in Ireland, making a familiarity with the Irish market and culture highly beneficial. You will take ownership of client relationships and media contacts based in Ireland and report into the Client Director of the Irish agency who sits in Dublin whilst being part of the broader team in London.
You will drive excellence in client service, providing the best in day to day account management. You’ll restlessly seek improvements to processes and media plans, innovation in activity and opportunities to connect with consumers in ways that are meaningful for our clients. You’ll always be on the lookout for new opportunities that are in the best interest of the clients to deepen our relationships and increase client GP (Gross Profit).
You will be an experienced planner or account manager within a media agency background and possess excellent client handling skills.
