As a Support Officer, you’ll be a vital member of the Service Support Team, working alongside professional Planning and Building Control Officers to deliver high-quality administrative and customer service support. Your role will involve: Handling incoming application payments and maintaining accurate records. Assisting applicants and members of the public with queries in a professional and helpful manner, both over the phone and via email. Providing administrative support for Planning and Building Control processes, including data entry and document management. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery. This role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in Planning and Building Control, a strong eye for detail, and excellent IT and administrative skills. About You We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual. You should possess: Previous experience in an administrative role. Strong IT skills with the ability to use various software platforms confidently. A professional telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills.
