We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Cost Controller to manage all costs relating to new build residential developments at our Sherford site in Plymouth.
Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and control project costs to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
* Develop and implement effective cost management strategies to minimise project expenses.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential cost risks.
* Analyse and interpret data to inform cost-saving initiatives and drive business growth.
Requirements
