Environment and Release Manager
Swindon, Newport, or Billingham - hybrid working options
Band E: £40,175 - £50,677 DOE

The role of the Environment and Release Manager will be to lead the Environment and Release elements of Changes and Major Programmes for UKSBS Systems, focusing on Oracle Fusion and Workday.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Developing, promoting and managing the Environment Management policy and processes
* Ensuring that the Environments Schedule Calendar is managed, published, and maintained according to the needs of Projects and Change Requests
* Chairing weekly Environments meetings and acting as a decision point ensuring that the correct technical and scheduling decisions are made across all environments
* Developing, promoting and managing the Release Management policy and processes
* Ensuring that all Release items have been approved by CAB or a delegated Product Owner
* Liaising with Deployment Teams to coordinate Release deployments
To do this role well you will need:
* Strong Leadership and Communication skills, with a focus on IT, Oracle Fusion and/or Workday products and services
* Environment and/or Release Management experience
* Experience of task managing individuals
* Strong analytical skills
