Our extremely reputable, global client is currently seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with excellent communication skills, a background in customer service, and a passion for service to join a forward-thinking, friendly team.
The successful candidate will have a background in customer service, whether this be from a retail, hospitality, contact centre, or office environment. Excellent communication skills are essential due to the high-volume pace of this role.

Hybrid working is based on a 2 weekly rota.
Key Duties:
1. Handling incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers with relation to a range of enquiries and complaints.
2. Keeping updated records of each client call, ensuring that all information is accurately detailed on the internal CRM system.
3. Ensuring all client enquiries are dealt with in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner.
4. Finding a suitable resolution to the customers' enquiry within the set parameters.
Skills & Experience:
1. Prior experience from a customer service role is essential, preferably within an office or contact centre environment; however, retail/hospitality experience is also considered.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Customer-focused attitude with the ability to be empathetic.
4. Willingness to learn and further develop.
5. Computer literacy skills with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute (typing test will form part of the short-listing process).
6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
7. Self-motivated.
8. Flexible.
9. Keen team player.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills.
The Offering:
1. Starting Salary of £24,000 per annum (pro rata) with the opportunity to increase earnings through additional training.
