About the Role: As an Electrical Inspector you will be working on our social housing contract, helping provide a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. As an Electrical Inspector in our Islington branch you will be responsible for inspecting works to verify compliance and quality of electrical installation works on Capital Works projects, inspecting installations, creating reports, as well as liaising with the client and subcontractors. Organise, coordinate and assist with the production of various reports including Lifecycle Condition Surveys Conduct site inspection, completing and uploading Site Inspection Reports Reviewing subcontractor RAMS Review subcontractors uploaded electrical certification Liaise between Mears and sub-contractors Ensure electrical works are installed in accordance/compliance with: The electrical design Client specification The current edition of the BS7671 wiring regulations Mears internal policies and procedures To adhere to Mears electrical Compliance standards.
