* Identify new opportunities to drive sales, and promote our comprehensive product and equipment range.
* Proactively seek sales opportunities, implement a follow-up system, and assist in executing monthly sales strategies.
* Provide competitive quotes, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively to meet and exceed targets.
* Conduct telesales to new and lapsed clients.
Customer Relations:
* Develop long-lasting, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
* Resolve issues, and conduct surveys for feedback.
* Manage overdue accounts and assist with budgeting.
* Address customer needs, resolve issues, and maintain open communication to ensure excellent service delivery.
Internal Collaboration:
* Work closely with internal operations and sales teams to align on goals and client needs.
* Provide regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and contribute to team goals.
* Escalate issues to management as required.
Administration & CRM:
* Maintain accurate records, resolve invoices, and respond to inquiries professionally.
Events & Networking:
* Attend events to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Product Knowledge:
* Continually enhance understanding of company products and services to improve sales effectiveness.
Health & Safety Compliance:
* Ensure activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policy.
Experience in fast-paced, target-driven, and customer-focused environments (experience in the Plant Hire industry is a plus)
* Ambitious nature with the drive to achieve and exceed target
* Proven success in driving sales growth and achieving result
* Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
* Strong work ethic with the ability to build meaningful connections with people
