Our client is an innovation-driven business supplying high-quality products to a wide range of customers—from major branded consumer goods manufacturers to artisan producers including chocolatiers, pastry chefs, and bakeries.
They are now seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to shape and deliver impactful campaigns that drive product visibility and commercial growth across distribution and specialist channels.
The Role
You’ll be at the heart of a high-performing marketing team, planning and executing tailored trade marketing strategies.
From developing channel-specific campaigns to producing sales tools and activating digital and event initiatives.
This is a hands-on and strategic role with plenty of scope to make a visible impact.
You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders, global marketing colleagues, and agency partners to ensure consistent, results-focused delivery.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute trade marketing campaigns for distribution and artisan channels
* Produce sales tools, content and customer communications to drive engagement
* Manage marketing budgets and ensure return on investment
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external agencies
* Deliver digital marketing activity and support key trade events
Minimum Requirements
* 3+ years in trade, brand or channel marketing (ideally food, beverage or FMCG)
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills
* Commercially astute and creatively minded
