Job Description
The Presentations Specialist is an intermediate level position, which integrates in-depth specialty knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.
This specialist provides Presentations services, including but not limited to, creation of senior level presentations, information memoranda for a Markets-lead Data Transformation and Strategy team. Additionally, the specialist liaises with project coordinators, subject matter experts and internal clients to clarify briefs and ensure visual excellence in their messaging.
The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day presentation design support with potentially complex/sensitive documents and create a standard proforma of stylistic outputs to support clarity
Responsibilities
Responsible for producing a variety of marketing materials and senior presentations (e.g. Citi and client branded PowerPoint presentations, Citi and client branded Word information memoranda, infographics, diagrams, advanced XLS charting) using MS Office to an advanced level.
* Works alongside seniors in our Markets business to provide presentation support regarding Markets and Price Risk Data strategy
* Works closely with presentation specialists and designers in the Presentation Design Department who will provide ongoing training and buddying.
* Assists with the production of creative PowerPoint output and visual solutions to enhance materials supplemented by data visualization for a strong narrative
* Ensures all materials produced are correctly branded as per Citi standards and advises on the use of the Citi brand.
* Completes related admin for accurate work billing and job tracking purposes.
* Responsible for quality control of own work
Knowledge /Experience
* 3 years or above of presentation support in a corporate, service-oriented environment, ideally in a financial institution – essential.
* Preference for experience in a Markets function with a lens on data / architecture / system flows and risk programs
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree, Diploma OR equivalent experience.
* 3 years or above of relevant work experience in a corporate, service-oriented environment OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable work experience – essential.
Skills
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) – essential.
* Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional) – advantageous.
* Proficiency in Excel, Visio, Tableau or Power BI - advantageous

Role Location and Hours
Working onsite 3-4 days per week at our Canary Wharf offices, from Monday to Thursday, Friday working remotely, starting at 9.00am and finishing at 5.00pm with a half hour lunch, working 37.5 hours per week.
