Role Requirements This internship is within our (CUO) Chief Underwriting Office team, based and will be based in Horsham. Successful completion of the summer internship could lead to you being offered a place on our Bright Futures graduate programme after your Graduation Responsibilities You will join our experienced team to develop business performance through data analysis and reporting of key performance indicators (KPI's). This includes collating and coordinating insights from several stakeholders and producing effective visuals and dashboards. Alongside that, you will assist the team with portfolio controls, including risk management, strategy, audits, and technical validations. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on key project workstreams aimed at driving commercials, data quality and MI improvements, process and product changes, and underwriting quality. The Individual We want your individualism, capability, and ambition to shine through. You will need to have a zest for learning and a willingness to be hands on in the role. You will need to be a Graduate in your penultimate year of study ideally in a business or data related field. The best skills and attributes to have for this role are a passion and ability for solving problems with a keen interest in data, analytics, and reporting with an effective communication style teamed with stakeholder management abilities.
