Nixon McQuade have partnered with a leading engineering company based in Newtownabbey to recruit a Finance Administrator to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to support the smooth running of the company's financial operations.
The Role:
* Process invoices, payments, and expenses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
* Assist with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
* Support the finance team with month-end and year-end tasks.
* Handle queries from suppliers and clients, resolving any discrepancies.
* Provide administrative support, including filing and data entry.
The Person:
* Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role.
* Understanding of basic accounting principles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
