Job Description
Our client, a marketing technology company is seeking a Client Executive to support clients and assist internal teams. The role includes managing processes, ensuring service levels are maintained, and supporting client activities from setup to reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring timely support
* Assist clients with coupon setup, campaign management, and reporting
* Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met
* Provide administrative support to internal teams to ensure smooth operations
* Manage client data and maintain accurate records
* Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Key Requirements:
* Experience in customer service or account management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in MS Office (training on internal systems will be provided)
