They are looking for a People Advisor to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support their HR function in delivering an exceptional employee experience. The Role
As a People Advisor, you will play a key role in providing first-line HR support across the business, ensuring HR processes align with best practices and company values. You will be the go-to person for recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development while fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities for the People Advisor: -
* Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing people-centric, solution-driven advice in line with company policies and employment law
* Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and values-driven hiring experience
* Manage employee relations cases, including absence management, performance issues, and disciplinary matters, ensuring compliance and fairness
* Support the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives
Requirements for the People Advisor: -
* HR generalist experience, ideally in an advisory capacity within a fast-paced environment
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices
* Proven experience managing recruitment processes and employee relations cases
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to influence and build strong working relationships
