National Homeownership Manager Flexible Location £48,668 - £51,230 per year 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday We have an exciting opportunity for a National Homeownership Manager to join the Homeownership team. The position of National Homeownership Manager sits within Sanctuary Housing Services which manages homes across England, providing general rented housing, housing for older people, market rent properties, shared ownership and home ownership accommodation. It also provides housing related services including lettings, debt management, compliance, tenancy management and customer services support. Homeworking or work from a local Sanctuary office is available and will depend on the successful candidates preference. The role of National Homeownership Manager will include: Management and delivery of a high quality national housing management service, ensuring it meets the identified needs of current and future customers Delivering a high standard of customer service in accordance with Group strategy and objectives, relevant legislation, leases and good practice Lead local homeownership teams to deliver a high quality housing management service that meets the needs and expectations of current/future residents identifying and implementing improvements in line with Housing and Corporate strategies and supporting the Head of Homeownership Develop, build and maintain relationships with residents and stakeholders and act as a key point of contact for the Head of Homeownership to actively identify, remedy or escalate any shortfalls in service delivery Assist the development and delivery of operational business plans, ensuring appropriate strategies, policies and procedures are developed and implemented in order to meet the needs of the customer and business objectives Skills and experiences: Proven experience of delivering high quality leasehold management Experience of delivering and improving processes related to customer service and operational efficiencies Experience of managing a high performing team, developing staff and performance management Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external customers Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Excellent communication skills at all levels Travel will be a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential Why work for us?
