Purpose of Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of our brand for all customers entering the showroom. You will work with your team to deliver 5-star service to all customers, and use your sales skills to achieve and exceed targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers to the showroom, using your passion for service to create an inviting environment for everyone
* Approach browsing customers to offer help, advice, and answer any questions they may have
* Ask questions and build rapport with customers to help them build their dream bathroom
* Confidently resolve queries and concerns to build trust and close sales
* Take ownership of customers and estimates, following up via phone & email to convert estimates to sales
* Work with your team to maintain highest standards in the showroom, making sure all displays and point of sale are up-to-date and kept in excellent condition
* Liaise with other departments to deliver outstanding results for our customers

This is a full-time role, working at least 37 hours per week, including 1 weekend day. Working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate
