We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated newly qualified General Practitioner (GP) to join our team at {company} in Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity for a GP who has completed their Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) after December 2022, and is looking for a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide patient consultations, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care, prioritizing patient needs and tailoring your approach to individual requirements.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with practice protocols and legal requirements, ensuring seamless communication among healthcare professionals.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver the highest standards of care, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
* Engage actively in continuing medical education and development opportunities, staying updated on best practices and latest research in primary care.
* Contribute to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for patients, addressing their concerns and preferences with empathy and understanding.
Essential Requirements:
* Hold a CCT awarded after December 2022.
* Be registered with the GMC with a license to practice.
