The Role: Senior Marketing Executive
This role is for a newly formed team in the Underwriting and Schemes division PIB Group Ltd. There are more than 15 brands across our division covering insurance products from childcare and healthcare to pet, motor and lifestyle products.
Operating across a portfolio of brands, the Senior Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Manager and wider team in developing and executing acquisition, customer and partner-led marketing plans. This role emphasises building and nurturing strong relationships with partners and affiliates to drive joint marketing initiatives and achieve business growth.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for creating and executing cohesive marketing campaigns across a portfolio of brands and multiple marketing channels including digital, social media, content, and events.
* Responsible for the end-to-end ownership of key campaigns and events, including strategy, planning, execution, and post campaign and event analysis.
* Work closely with our affiliates and partner communities to build strong relationships and drive joint marketing campaigns/activity that drive lead volumes and increase brand awareness.
* Oversee long-term marketing goals, including major event planning, aligning all activities with overall business objectives.
* Monitor and measure campaign performance and based on data and performance metrics, provide actionable insights to shape future marketing activities.
* Work with the wider team to deliver the marketing plan in line with pre-agreed budgets, business objectives and target audience needs.
* Work with digital team to manage social media channels and email marketing which is aligned with business requirements and integrated marketing campaigns supporting each vertical.
* Work closely with and brief our in-house design studio to create best-in-class campaign assets that work across all verticals and audiences.
* Collaborate with stakeholders in contact centre, business development, product, and finance to align marketing strategies with wider business initiatives and growth plan.
* Management of events, including trade shows, conferences, awards, webinars, and other promotional activities.
* Manage the marketing budget, ensuring spend is allocated effectively across various campaigns and channels and kept within budget.
Experience:
* 3 years+ Marketing experience across, preferably across multiple brands and distribution strategies.
* Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix.
* Hands-on campaign experience with a deep understanding of offline and digital capabilities, measurement, optimisation, trends, and technologies.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience working with stakeholders.
* Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Email, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms).
* Knowledge of working in a regulated market preferred but not essential.
