Salary-£86.00 - £105 Daily Job Description: Working with a child in KS1 on a 1:1 basis Ability to manage behaviour and talk to parents and carers when needed. Taking an interest in and supporting the wellbeing of students both physically and mentally Collaborating effectively with the class teacher and fellow Teaching Assistants to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Providing one-on-one and group support to students with ASC and ADHD Assisting with behaviour management, applying your skills to create a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere. Supporting students in developing essential life skills and independence as they transition to adulthooducation industry.
