An exciting secondment opportunity has arisen for a band 4 Grow your Own project administrator via a 12-month secondment.
This project outcome is extending the Trust’s existing internal ‘grow your own’ (nurses) programme with the aim of increasing the ‘pipeline supply’ volume of (Band 5) RMHNs & Senior Nursing Associates (Band 4) via the use of apprenticeships.
Senior Workforce Transformation Manager Sharon Chinnock will line manage the successful candidate and support through apprenticeship processes required to complete this project.
In addition, Professional Education team will support with the programme management for this project.

• To manage and coordinate the administrative function for Grown your Own, (GYO); Nursing pathways and support the Widening Participation & Volunteer team in providing an efficient and affective administrative and manage WPV admin & apprentice.
• Must be able to plan and manage a range of complex duties, organise own work to meet deadlines and respond professionally to enquiries both internal and external to the organisation.
• Act as first point of contact to Professional Education leads & Senior Workforce & Transformation Managerregarding GYO support.
• Provide front line support in dealing with recruitment planning, interview panel member & promotional events for GYO nursing pathways, responding to queries as appropriate
