Main duties of the job
As a Support Worker, you will join an inclusive and supportive team that works together to provide care to people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ward rounds, analyzing behaviors, adapting care, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene. What you will be doing

The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, including nights and weekends.
