Whitlocks Estate Agents is a family-run Independent Agent established in 1993 by our founder Montana and specialising in Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Land & New Homes, Commercial, and Auctions.
We are one of the market leading agents in Bognor Regis and our successful family orientated company is growing rapidly therefore, we are looking to expand our team which consists of long term members of staff.
Ideally we are looking for someone to become our branch Valuer / Lister who will attend the majority of our sales valuations and possess excellent sales ability to win business for the company.
Or, we are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator who is looking to take that next step up the career ladder and we will support them with our guidance and knowledge - but they must have excellent sales and customer service skills.

Day to Day:
We are looking for someone to solely focus their time and energy onto winning instructions without all the other tasks that usually come with being an estate agent - this way, you are likely to win more business which will result in more commission being earnt.

Salary:Up to £45,000 per year - depending on experience and commission
Hours of work:5 days a week - Our opening times are 8.45am - 6pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 4pm Saturdays. You will be required to work 2 Saturdays a month with an agreed day off in the week.
Requirements:
* Local to Bognor Regis and with local knowledge (within 15 miles)
* Have a Full UK Driving License
