Please see attached benefits guide for everything we have to offer. ___________________________________________ Your Role as a Use of Force Administrator As a Use of Force Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our establishment's Use of Force team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation, ensuring that all filing systems are managed securely and effectively. Your role will include assisting in the production of management reports, identifying trends, and ensuring that information is analysed and presented clearly to senior team members. You will be expected to work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the prison. As part of your daily duties, you will manage and oversee administrative tasks for the Use of Force team, ensuring that the function is executed in a cost-effective and well-organised manner. Your attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently will be essential to success in this position. The position also requires you to take on additional responsibilities as needed, supporting the overall operations of the site. This will involve ensuring that all processes related to Use of Force are in line with regulatory requirements and contributing to continuous improvement in our systems and practices. ___________________________________________ The Ideal Candidate Essential : Experience in an administrative support role Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to problem-solve and think innovatively High organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively Commitment to confidentiality Desirable: Experience working within a secure or regulated environment Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools Familiarity with Use of Force policies and procedures
