Duties & Responsibilities Include: Ensuring the business’ outbound logistical requirements are implemented correctly and efficiently Preparation of orders for vehicle movements The coordination of external transport hauliers Assessing and evaluating service provisions required Liaising with hauliers to book deliveries, confirm delivery schedules, and vehicle types/services required Building strong, corporate working relationships with key clients and customers Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience of working within a logistics or distribution team Demonstrable customer account management experience, with the ability to maintain long-term business relationships A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective business relationships to exceed customer expectations. Highly professional, with strong commercial awareness A high level of attention to detail and accuracy A positive and proactive attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal (V/13190)
